Our Services
Fine Print Calligraphy, a Utah LLC, provides custom envelope addressing for your wedding or special event using beautiful hand-drawn calligraphy.

Instead of laboring over the 100's of envelopes you have to address by hand or with generic address labels that may cheapen the overall look of your special event invitations, why not have your envelopes match the class and sophistication of your event?

Yes, it’s easy to pick a fancy font and ask a printer to print your envelopes. But what about something quite different and totally classy? The fact is that no printed envelope can match the “Old World” look of a hand-drawn invitation. For that extra touch to excite your guests and make your special event even more memorable, have your envelopes hand-crafted by Fine Print Calligraphy - the perfect touch for your perfect event!
Font Selection

Address Etiquette
I will address the envelopes exactly the way your Guest List reads, so please make sure you have spelled everything correctly and that you have included the appropriate titles. For help with the proper etiquette, click here for Crane & Co’s online bluebook.
Pricing
Pricing is very affordable!

Outside Envelope..........$1.00 / each
Inside Envelope............$0.50 / each

I do not do return addresses as those are pre-printed on most invitation envelopes.
How Do I Request Service?
Once you call or e-mail me the specifics of your event, I will send you an Agreement for your review. When you're ready to proceed, simply sign the Agreement and return it with a 50% deposit to reserve the time on my schedule! To ensure that I have a time slot available, it's helpful to reserve your time as far in advance as possible.
How Long Will it Take?
I will need to get your envelopes and Guest List by the date specified in the Agreement. That will leave me enough time to complete the project and you enough time to get them mailed by your planned mailing date.

The specific time your order will take depends on the number of envelopes I'll be addressing. You can rest assured that I will ship the completed envelopes back to you by the date specified in the Agreement. It’s really that easy!
Request a Sample
If you would like a sample envelope showing you an example of what your guests would receive, e-mail me your name, address and font selection from the choices above and I will address an envelope to you at no charge. Our e-mail is fineprintcalligraphy@yahoo.com.
Helpful Hints
The needs of every event are different, however as a general guide you should plan to mail your invitations to your guests 6-8 weeks before the wedding or special event.

The cleanest, most elegant way to mail your invitations is to have them hand cancelled at the post-office. This avoids machine markings or stickers. Many post-offices still offer this service or will allow you to hand cancel them. It takes a little more time but the finished product is well worth it!
